The integrated design is carried out both in the case of turn-key projects as well as in the case of orders for prefabricated structures alone. It is an extremely effective tool for anticipating and preventively resolving the recurrent problems in industrial construction.

Photovoltaic system:
In recent years, attention to the environment has led to the development of renewable energy sources. Amongst these, photovoltaic systems stand out. Prefabricated buildings, generally occupying extended surface areas, are particularly well-suited to the application of these systems. With the possibility of obtaining significant lump-sum incentives, these systems are particularly advantageous in terms of medium-long term yield. GMP Prefabbricati has given this topic great consideration, developing provisions which include the following criteria:

- Roofing structures predisposed with independent elements, with respect to the waterproofing elements, in order to avoid risky anchoring operations which could compromise the seal of the surface itself.
